Q: I accidentally placed a commission and want to cancel?
A: I'm sorry you made this decision. I will refund a portion of the amount based on the level of completion of the product.
process
Step 1:
- Receive commission information
- Contact with customers and give completion time
- Negotiate prices
- Customers must pay the full amount in advance or at least 1/2 deposit
Step 2
- Customers receive sketches
- The customer must pay the remaining amount if the sketch is approved
